The SASTA Annual Conference 2025 is a key professional learning opportunity for science educators, offering two days of keynote presentations, hands-on workshops, and cutting-edge research sessions. This year’s theme, “Decoding Science,” focuses on innovative teaching strategies, emerging STEM technologies, and real-world applications to enhance science education.
Sessions are designed for primary and secondary teachers, and science education leaders, covering topics such as:
- Modern physics education and introducing Einsteinian physics at earlier levels
- AI, VR, and game-based learning in STEM classrooms
- Environmental science & sustainability, including research on microplastics and climate science
- Practical, hands-on experiments and investigations for all year levels
Participants will have opportunities to engage with leading educators, researchers, and industry professionals while exploring the latest advancements in science education.
