The STAWA Science Talent Search (STS) competition for K-12 students. Entry categories include:
- Science Investigation
- Engineering
- Science Communication (Poster, Video and Photography)
The Synergy Schools Solar Challenge
The Synergy Schools Solar Challenge (Year 6 and 8).
Five regional events, two large metropolitan events and a Grand Final are held annual during term
- Schools enter a team of four student at each event. Teams build (kit provide) and race a model solar car on event day.
STAWA Physics Day @ Adventure World
STAWA Physics Day @ Adventure World is a day of fun and learning for students of physics. Annually more than 1,000 students plus their teachers converge on the Adventure World Theme Park to experience fun park physics and to access University demonstration and career advice.
