Teaching Science is a quarterly, digital-only journal of the highest integrity produced to support the members of the state and territory science teacher associations that make up the Australian Science Teachers Association (ASTA).

The aim of Teaching Science is to promote the teaching of science in Australian schools with a focus on classroom practice and contributing to the professional  development of teachers of science.

Teaching Science is:

  • A national publication with subscribers throughout Australia and overseas.
  • A quarterly peer-reviewed journal of the highest integrity that includes material of interest to ALL sectors of the science education community.
  • Available to all members of the state and territory Science Teacher Associations (STAs) of Australia as a benefit of their membership (Members should contact their STA for access).
