As the saying goes ‘Don’t learn safety by accident’. ASTA is here to help because we know that science by its very nature requires inquiry and investigation, which inherently has risks. Whilst these risks are real, they can be mitigated through safe practises and embedding a safety-first culture within schools. ASTA is committed to the conduct of science in a safe manner, be it in laboratories, at home or out on excursion.
