We’re looking for volunteers in the following areas:

  • Book reviewers for Science Assist Journal
    If you love reading and have a keen interest in science education, this role is perfect for you! Help us by writing reviews for new and exciting books featured in our journal. Your insights will help educators discover valuable resources.
  • IT support
    Are you tech-savvy? Assist our team with maintaining and improving our digital systems, ensuring smooth operations for ASTA’s programs and initiatives.
  • Marketing
    Use your creative flair to help us promote our programs, events, and resources. From crafting social media posts to supporting campaigns, your input will help us reach and engage more educators.
  • Finance
    Support our finance team with tasks like budgeting, invoicing, or reporting. Your skills can help ensure ASTA runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Programs team
    Contribute to the development and delivery of our educational programs and resources. This is a great way to help support science teachers directly in their classrooms.
